Subscription
Your free trial and subscription run through the App Store. To cancel or change your plan, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPad, or tap Manage subscription in your Key'ndergarten profile. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Forgot your password?
Tap Forgot password? on the login screen. The link in the email is valid for 60 minutes.
Delete your account
In the app: My profile → Delete account. Without the app: request deletion here.
